K-Tech DDS (Direct Damping System) fork cartridges are replacement damping system designed to fit into original equipment front forks for use at the highest levels of racing. Designed and manufactured in the UK using the highest grade of materials and processes the DDS cartridges are a pressurised damping system using 20mm displacing pistons to create a high flow of oil through 31mm control pistons to give precise damping control. The DDS cartridge has separate damping circuits with the compression damping being controlled in the left hand fork leg and rebound damping controlled in the right hand leg. The system is pressurised by a spring force which keeps the system very stable under extreme racing conditions. The DDS cartridges are supplied with three pairs of fork springs and the necessary tools needed to change
them.
The DDS cartridges are only available through
authorised K-Tech dealers that have been trained to
install them as there are specialist tools and techniques
required to guarantee performance and safety of this
product.
